We cover return shipping costs within Europe during the 45-day trial period. Outside Europe, customer covers outbound return, we refund full purchase price upon receipt.

What condition must the item be in?

Original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Normal play wear is fine – we expect you to test it properly.
